Magnetic MIP for selective extraction of PAHs

PAH-magMIP is a product based on magnetic and spherical imprinted polymer microparticles, for the selective retention of 16 EPA PAHs (naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benz[a]anthracene, chrysene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, dibenz[a,h]anthracene, benzo[ghi]perylene and indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene) in water samples.

The incorporation of magnetic properties simplifies the handling, allowing the extraction of the analytes and their isolation from sample solutions in a rapid way (by applying an external magnetic field).

PAH-magMIP microparticles are supplied with sizes ranging from 1 µm to 5 µm and are available as dry particles completely free of additives.
